- You must read and agree to Montaigne’s privacy policy.
- Montaigne reserves the right to close your account without clause.
- You cannot use Montaigne if you reside and pay taxes in the State Sponsors of Terrorism. This includes Russian Federation, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Iran and Syria.
- You cannot use Montaigne if you reside in the states supporting or ignoring the war in Ukraine. In addition to the states listed above this list also includes Serbia, Bolivia, Nicaragua.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Montaigne from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of Montaigne.
- For paid accounts Montaigne charges a fee in USD. Montaigne can close your account if your payment is late by more than 90 days. You can always cancel your subscription.
